Pennie Mays

Pennie Mays represents condominium and homeowners associations in matters involving association law, construction litigation, and commercial litigation. Based in the firm's Orlando office, she advises community leaders on legal issues that affect the operation, protection, and long-term interests of their associations. Her practice combines litigation experience with an understanding of the practical decisions boards face. Ms. Mays has been admitted to The Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida since 2005. She earned her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 2004 and a B.S. in Environmental Science from Florida A&M University in 2002.
